  After subscribing to Hotel Express International, each Member receives, with his gold card bearing his name, the directory of the participating hotels listed according to countries and towns.
  Hotel Express Cards are personal cards and cannot bear the name of a company or a group of persons.

  The general rule is : 1 card = 1 room.

  The card is valid for one year.
