Automatic Card Hot Stamping Machine YHS-1

This machine is specially designed for hot stamping the words and patterns with gold or silver film. And it can also be used to stamp scratch-off foil stamping on common cards surface. It is controlled by PLC with friendly man-machine interface. It features high speed, good stamping quality and precise location.
Feature Description

1. It applies high-quality servo motor (Japanese brand) as stamping power to ensure good stability and quality stamping. Running speed and pressing stroke are adjustable.
2. Stepping distance for gilding film can be adjusted.
3. PLC control is adopted for reliable automatic running, and the machine will halt and alarm automatically in case of no card or failure occurring.
4. Quality imported temperature controller is used to control the hot stamping temperature for better stamping quality.
