Installation inspection of ultrasonic vibrating screen
- According to the identification of the connection of the ultrasonic generator, directly insert the interface and lock it, so that the power supply of the ultrasonic generator is correctly connected with the ultrasonic interface of the screen machine.
- Turn the fine-tuning knob on the power supply of the ultrasonic generator to the minimum, turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator, and investigate whether the ammeter is abnormal (under normal conditions, the current should be less than 200mA).
- Check and debug the three-dimensional vibration screening filter, and make the material running track reach the standard running track.
- Run the three-dimensional vibration screening filter (rotary screen), feed a little and fine tune the knob on the power supply of the ultrasonic generator to make the screen reach an ideal condition. (current should be less than 200mA)
- When the ultrasonic vibrating screen is normal, it can feed evenly and then enter normal operation.
