The production line of decorative sandwich panels is composed of a double-lamella roll unwinder, a hydraulic clipping machine and a film coating grid, a forming machine, a flexible sheet distributor, a PU foam unit, a mobile injector and an InsTellation preheating, a double belt laminator, a hot air circulator, an automatic cutting machine and roller conveyors, etc. - Functions of each team and its main parameters:
1) Double head blade decoiler
It consists mainly of unwinding mechanism, rotator and angle / position adjustment, and so on, which consists of fixing and unwinding the aluminum coil.
The unwinding mechanism includes the steel frame, the spindle rotator and the coil expander, etc.
The frame with plate welding structure is mainly used to support and inscribe other parts in the unwinder. The spindle rotor is equipped with a drive system and an expander to fix the coil and support its weight and rotation. The paper roll moves to the expander with a crane and a magnetic brake is used to dampen the unwinding process.
