This is external meshing involute helical gear reducer manufactured to the national standard JB/T8853-2001.
This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemicals, textiles, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals and other fields.
Range of application:
- The speed of high-speed shaft is not more than 1500 rpm.
- The peripheral speed of gear transmission is not more than 20m/s.
- The working environment temperature is -40～45°C. If it is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to at less 0°C before start-up. This reducer can be used in both directions.
Features - The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching. The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC58-62. The gears are processed in grinding process, which has high precision and good contact.
