We specialize in the production of supporting gears, rollers, castings and accessories for the ball mill, dryer, grinder and other equipment which are used in cement, chemicals, transportation, metallurgy and other industries.
Our electric furnace line undertakes diversified mechanical parts casting of special wear-resisting steel and general steel, and also undertakes external processing business in long term. Based on the principle of ‘customer first, integrity first’, NHI has established long-term cooperating relations with a number of enterprises.
Among them, carbon is the main alloying element and a small amount of other elements are contained. The low carbon casting steel has carbon content less than 0.2%, medium carbon casting steel with carbon content of 0.2% to 0.5% and high carbon casting steel with more than 0.5% carbon content. The higher the carbon content is, the harder the cast carbon steel is. With high strength, ductility and toughness and low cost, casting carbon steel is used for heavy load parts in heavy machinery.
