Technical description:
The Porous plug is a kind of new-type and green in-furnace metallurgy technology for Al-alloy melts homogenizing and purification treatment. This unit adopts inert gas as the homogenizing and purification medium and gas wave-making technology that makes the liquid aluminium well-convected to achieve the chemical elements’ homogenizing in in-furnace melt and reduce temperature-falls of various elements in furnace within 5℃, masses of micro-bubbles produces by inert gas through porous plug will bring hydrogen and inclusions in aluminium melt out with its rise. -
Equipment components:
2.1 consists of porous plug,ventilation room,gas in-put pipeline,brick cup,steel jacket, Castables,control system etc.
2.2 Main technical and economic index:
2.2.1 No CI、F pollutants including waster gas and waster residues discharged in the Al- alloys ‘s melting and the amount of slag-making compared to current reduced by more than 30% in the process of melting.
2.2.2 The wave-making stirring technology of porous bricks used can save large investment and daily operating cost in electromagnetic or permanent magnetic stirring equipment; Energy-saving and reduced 1%-5% of comprehensive fuel; The [H] content in molten aluminium decreased by more than 30%, that is 0.32-0.25ml/100gAl,which basically achieves the purging level of the in-furnace fluxes jetting and refining
