I.Introduction
GDTQ-3A Hydrocarbon Element Analyzer is mainly used determine carbon and hydrogen content in coals and organics.Absorb the water and CO2 with with water absorbent and CO2 absorbent,which are produced when the sample is burned in oxygen stream.According to the increment of absorbent,the content of carbon and hydrogen can be calculated.It can meet the requirements of GB/T476-2001 “Element Analyzer of Coals”.
With the advantages of easy operation,fast test and accurate result,it’s widely used in the laboratories of coal, chemical,metallurgy,electrical and geological department.
II.Structure and features
GDTQ-3A Hydrocarbon Element Analyzer is composed of three parts:clearing system,burning appliance and absorption system.
1.Clearing system is made up of gas demoisturizer and flowmeter.The capacity of gas demoisturizer is 500ml,and the measuring range of flowmeter is 0~150mL/min.
2.Burning appliance is compose of three segments tubular furnace and temperature controlling system.Three electrical furnaces can horizontally move on track and radially open 45°C
There are two horizontal tubular hearths in furnace so it can test two samples one time.Each segment has thermocouple,temperature measuring and independent digital temperature controlling system,so it has the function of temperature displaying and constant temperature controlling.It’s accurate and reliable.
3.Absorption system is composed of one water-absorption U tube,one nitrogen removal U tube,two CO2 absorption U tubes and bubble meter.The capacity of bubble meter is 10mL,in which concentrated sulfuric acid is added.
