K341 Steel Skeleton water Injection Packer used with restrictor
Application
K341 Steel Skeleton Packer is used for water injection, acidification, plugging, fracturing and other constructions.
K341 steel frame packer is mainly composed of upper joint, locking unit, seals, center tube, floating head, lower joint and other parts.
Sealing: when it reaches the design position, give pressure from tubing and then hydraulic come into inner of rubber from sltting of center tube to make the outer surface close to inner wall of wellbore so sealing oil casing annulus. Stop giving pressure, check valvein rubber keeps packer sealing.
Unsealing: pull string to cut off unsealing pin, and then there is a relative displacement between center pipe and rubber, inner and outer pressure of packer are balanced to realize unsealing.
