Mediterranean Blue is a wine with a special process where we seek a fruity wine, starting from the variety of Chardonnay, Verdejo or Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
The particularity of the wine is not only its aromatic freshness, but also its nice blue color.
The blue color is achieved through a complicated process of treatments with anthocyanin.
Having a fruity taste, the wine is dry, flavored, different and special. At around 50 temperature, the wine develops its best organoleptic qualities and characteristics. In short, Mediterranean Blue is a tropical storm of flavors.
