PRESENTATION AND PRODUCTION OF WINE
The rosé wine LES HAUTS PLATEAUX IGP Alpes de Haute Provence is a blend of traditional grape varieties from the region complemented by Syrah. The Syrah gives the wine LES HAUTS PLATEAUX its structure, its color and its aromas of small red fruits, with a characteristic perfume of violets. The vines of this cellar are mostly planted on more or less dry slopes in the bright Provence of Jean Giono. Viticulture is very respectful of the environment and the winery has modernized its winery so that its wines, especially rosés, are very current and pleasant. The wine production of the Alpes de Haute Provence extends mainly on the straight banks of the Durance and Verdon. Like the other IGP wines in the region, LES HAUTS PLATEAUX rosé wines meet precise specifications. The production has a maximum yield of 90 hectoliters per hectare.
