this programme constitutes a response to the requirements of Decree No. 92-958 of 3 September 1992, European Directive EEC n ° 90-269 of the Council of 29 May 1990 manual on handling of loads involving risk of back injury for the employees.

Objectives:

• reduce Musculo - skeletal (TMS) disorders.

• improve posture to reduce Accidents at work

  training is based on training the IRNS and the CARSAT from active teaching methods.
  Theoretical input alternate with demonstrations and exercises.
