The warning to dismissal: what room for manoeuvre in disciplinary matters?
As part of its day-to-day management of the company's staff, the employer (or any representatives) must regularly face behaviour of its employees which he termed "wrongful" and he wants to punish accordingly.
It is therefore essential to know its room for manoeuvre and the rules to follow before notifying a any sanction to one of its employees and, in order to avoid the risk of subsequent cancellation of the said sanction by submitted appeal of the employees concerned.
