The flexible vertical polyethylene foam cutting machine is a type of equipment indispensable for the processing of polyurethane foam plastic and is one of our series of cutting machines. Cut foam plastic cubes in longitudinal direction through the vertical movement of the strip cutter.
Principle of operation and technical parameters:
The cutter strip on four wheels of adjustment driven by electric motor moves at high speed to cut the foam into cubes, while the work table in two rails moves perpendicular to the cutter. There is enough turning space for the foam block under the suspension arm. In addition, a sharpening device is fixed on the vertical sides of the cutter to always keep the cutter sharp while working and an adjustment plate engages with the work table to cut the foam to the required size.
There are two models available for the machine in terms of cutting height: the PSL-15 model and the PSL-12 model.
