ABB M2BAX series energy-efficient motor
ABB motor adopts a fully enclosed three-phase squirrel-cage design with a process that complies with IEC and EN international standards. Motors that meet other national or international regulations can be provided upon request.
The rated power of M2BAX series motor refers to the motor running under the S1-continuous working system [IEC 60034-1]. At this time, the ambient temperature range is -20°C~40°C, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m.
IEC 60034-1 defines the effect of voltage fluctuation and frequency fluctuation on temperature rise.
The standard divides the fluctuation of voltage and frequency into area A and area B. Area A is the voltage deviation +/- 5% and frequency deviation +/- 2%; Area B is the voltage deviation +/- 10% and frequency Deviation +3%/-5%.
The motor can provide rated torque in both areas A and B, but the temperature rise will be higher than that at rated voltage and frequency. The motor is only allowed to operate for a short time in zone B.
