- High manganese steel liner: it is mainly made of 16Mn and widely used in the feeding parts of many material handling equipment (belt conveyor, apron feeder, stacker reclaimer, etc.). This type has the advantages of low price and simple processing.
2.Hardox liner: this liner is made of imported Hardox material with high wear-resistance, so the liner does not need to be replaced frequently, however it is more expensive. - Ceramic liner, a kind of composite liner, includes composite liner of steel and ceramic and composite liner of rubber and ceramic. They can be chosen according to the different transmission mediums and operating conditions. It also has good abrasion resistance and impact resistance, and the cost is lower than Hardox liner.
- Surfacing liner is made by surfacing welding wear-resistant rod of high hardness and high alloy directly on steel plate. The liner has good performances in wear resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and so on. And compared to other products, surfacing liner is more adaptable, since different kinds of rods can be chosen for the surfacing layer to meet different needs and improve mechanical properties applicability of the liner; Surfacing liner is easy to process as the surfacing welding is based on ordinary steel sheet, so it offers more advantages over other liners in processing difficulty.
