The NJZ(A) contact-type safe torque limit backstop is developed to solve over-selection and other problems since the existing backstops fail to eliminate torque impact or realize torque balancing among many back stops, it is a kind of safe anti-impact low-speed backstop used on the multi-driven upstroke conveyor. The product is installed on the low-speed shaft to prevent it from overload when the belt conveyor stops on-loaded, thus balancing backstop loading among multiple backstops.
Ⅰ. product characteristics
- By setting the backstop torque, the repulsive force of the conveyor belt is eliminated (absorbed), thus the rollers and backstops are protected from being impacted and damaged.
- Realizing the torque balancing among multiple backstops to prevent parts of backstops or rollers from overload damage;
Realizing the torque overlapping to reduce the single torque of the backstop, and reduce costs.
Ⅱ. application scope
For multi-driven upstroke conveyors, to achieve uniform distribution of the backstop loads of multiple backstops and to ensure safe and reliable stopping under any conditions, it is suggested to equip two or more low-speed shafts with NJZ (A) safe backstop.
The single-driven upstroke conveyors can take NJz(A) safe backstops to eliminate backlash from the conveyor belt, protecting the backstop and roller from being impacted and damaged.
