PRESENTATION AND ELABORATION OF WINE
CUVEE LAURENT DEMI-SEC is the fruit of the blend of Ugni-Blanc, a traditional white grape variety in Provence, and Colombard, a grape of high aromatic potential that contributes to the renown of great white wines. The determination of the ideal harvest date, the vinification at low temperature, the specific yeasting are the conditions rigorously respected in order to obtain base wines having all the characteristics required for the elaboration of sparkling wines such as fine aromas, good acidity and ideal alcoholic wealth. Following a second fermentation in the tank for 30 days, called "frothing", semi-dry CUVEE LAURENT sparkling wines are filtered and bottled before being placed on the market.
