HY-528 # is used to make of moulds of small products, and duplication will be 2 to 3 times.
HY-540 #, in comparison to the other two types, has moderate hardness, better quality and better performance, with a duplication of 20 - 30 times.
HY-570 # is used for the duplication of large dimension products and equipment electronic anti-vibration.
Modelling rubber operating instruction:
modelling silicone rubber is a fluid liquid with a consistent quality regardless of color. Consists of two components, or component A, a fluid liquid silicone rubber and the B component, a vulcanizing agent.
First of all, will be held in the original model, take a bit of liquid silicone rubber, add 2-3% of vulcanizing agent according to the amount of silicone, then mix them evenly. Then after deaerated mixture, you can stream it in mold. The silicone mold will be cured after 2 to 3 hours.
(?Note: the priming duration must be less than 3 - 5 minutes. Otherwise, once a cross-linking reaction silicone rubber during priming, it will be more usable. )
