Classification of rubber silicone molding
according to the different material, we provide two sets of moulding silicone rubber, or HY-6 and HY-7
(1) the HY-6 series includes models HY-620, HY-640, HY-630, HY-635 with hardness of 18-22 shore A, 38-42 shore A, 25-30 shore A, 33-35 shore a.
model HY-620 and HY-640 molding silicone rubber are perfectly suited to casting molding.
The HY-620 is the moulding of small products, while HY - 640 is the moulding of large products. Characteristics common HY-620 and HY-640 are light viscosity, good fluidity, easy operation, excludes easy bubbles, high resistance to tension and tear, cast easy.
The HY-630 and HY - 635 are particularly suitable for molding by brushing.
The common characteristics of HY-630 and HY-635 moderate viscosity, easy operation. Agents are available on request. They will not affect the quality of the molding silicone rubber but will make easier operations.
(2) the HY-7 series includes models HY-718, HY-728, HY-738, with a respective 15-20 shore hardness A, 25-30 shore A and 35-38 shore a.
HY-720 is sweet and suitable for small products made by casting moulding.
HY7 - 28 with a moderate viscosity is suitable for the mould in corners for products of average size.
HY-738 with high hardness is adapted to the mould in corners for large size products.
