Why the silicone pad is not sustainable?
(1)This is not the liquid silicone rubber itself, but the filtration process. If the latter is not done properly and that the impurities are not filtered. Or in the process of packing, if the container is not clean properly.
(2)As the silicone oil breaks the molecular chain of silicone rubber and then add silicone oil, more buffer will be soft. At the same time, it becomes sustainable and plagued by aging.
(3)Some customers not familiar with the performance of silicone rubber. In fact, the sustainability of the buffer is closely linked to the size of the print pattern. Some plants do not bother to change the pad. While in fact, broad grounds a wide buffer must be used. (Generally, the ration of the silicone with the pattern print buffer is 3: 1
Why printed motifs are incomplete or unclear?(1)If the silicone pad is too hard while the ground is very delicate or small, printed pattern will be not clear or complete, the silicone pad well to absorb the ink from the metal plate. If your pattern is very delicate or small, please use a pad of soft silicone
(2) if the percentage of water in the ink is very high, the reason print is also incomplete, and a poivrage may occur. In this case, please clean your box of ink or change your ink.3 why the buffer does not absorb ink?
