2).Main Feature
1.Welding torch is fixed, while the workpiece is rotating. Welding position is horizontal.
2.Double welding torch and double welding power source.
3.Workpiece is clamped tightly by chuck and synchronously rotate. The universal ball supporter bracket is beneath the workpiece.
4.Welding torch, rotary axis box and pneumatic tail-stock can be adjusted longitudinally, to meet various welding.
5.Adopt Japan OMRON PLC, the rotation speed is adjusted by inverter, stepless adjustment, improve the reliability.
6.AOTAI NBC-500 welding power source which has good performance of arc igniting, arc stabilizing and arc ending, to ensure the even and uniform welding seam.
7.The welding mode and specification can be preset, saved and recalled. Via touch man-machine interface, it is convenient to modify parameter and switch the status. Welding length, arc igniting,arc ending time, spot welding number and interval angle can be all input through torch screen.
8.Good and smooth appearance, depth and width of fusion can reach the welding requirement.
9.Machine has good operating performance with low failure rate.
10 Machine can fix workpiece automatically through spot welding.
