PRESENTATION AND PRODUCTION OF WINE
The CANDELON RESERVE rosé sparkling wines are made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes planted in the center of the Var. Pinot Noir is a noble grape appreciated and widespread in France. Vinified in rosé by pressing, the wines are prepared according to a set of specifications established by the company "Les Vins Bréban" and its partners-winemakers. Fruit of a second fermentation, they remain 90 days on lees and yeasts. Then a cold stabilization of the wine precedes its filtration and bottling. Before marketing, sparkling wines CANDELON RESERVE Pinot Noir rest on slats for 3 months.
