PDO Côtes de Provence
Terroir:
Located between the Massif des Maures and the Esterel, south facing lands, resulting from ancient alluvium represented by marine pliocene composed of fine sands and clays.
Grapes:
Syrah gives strong, colorful wines and rich in tannins, Cabernet Sauvignon provides framework and power for breeding.
The vineyard :

Vinification:
Respect of the Biological specifications, the ripe grapes are destemmed, followed by a long maceration, the fermentation takes place under controlled temperature, the aging in French oak barrels lasts 12 months, clarification, filtration and bottling at the Domaine.
Tasting notes:
A beautiful clear garnet color. Vanilla complex nose, smoky, ripe fruit, blueberry with a spicy note, cocoa. The palate is frank with a beautiful material with noble tannins, successful marriage between the tannins of wine and aging in barrels. A final of great persistence, grilled, cocoa. Wine of guard but which can already be tasted. Apogee winter 2016/2017.

A wine that goes well with game, venison, thrush kebab, Camargue bull stew or red meat. The woodcock passion magazine recommends it with a woodcock salmis.
