Rosé represents a production of 75 000 bottles, more than 50% of production. After 100% destemming and crushing, the rosé wines are obtained by direct pressing after cooling the harvest. The blend is composed of the three main grape varieties of Bandol wines. Mourvèdre gives structure and character, Grenache brings balance and aromatic concentration and finally Cinsault contributes to the freshness and lightness of our rosés.
