Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation at low temperature.
Conditioning :
Classic burgundy bottle 75 cl. Synthetic cap. Custom carton of 6 standing bottles. Palletization of 100 cartons, ie 600 bottles.
Tasting:
Nose of ripe red fruit and some vanilla notes. A pleasure to taste this round and supple wine with a delicate finish.
